When you order from LIINI, you have at least a two-year statutory warranty in the EU. This is your right as a buyer—regardless of any additional warranty.

If a product doesn’t work as described or has a defect, simply contact our support team—preferably with your order number and a photo. We’ll take care of a repair or replacement. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a price reduction or a refund.
