Kaaka® Trial set cloth diapers (3x) from birth Size 0

Size 0 fits from birth for babies weighing 3–6 kg —for newborns through early infancy. Size 1 fits babies weighing 6–10 kg, starting at about 3 months.

Thanks to the Velcro fastener, each diaper grows with your baby within its size range and can be adjusted daily to fit the tummy and legs with millimeter precision. If in doubt, it's better to start with size 0—the first few months are when you'll be changing diapers the most.

Newborns need an average of 8–10 diaper changes per day; later on, that number decreases. The 12-pack (Size 0) will therefore last about 1–2 days, and the 8-pack (Size 1) will last a little over a day—in line with the recommended washing schedule of every 2 days.

To get started, all you need is the 3-diaper trial set: try them out during the day, change diapers as usual at night or on the go, and take your time deciding.

No—and without the need for separate overpants: The two-layer waterproof membrane keeps moisture securely inside, while the 7-layer Poo Dry® technology quickly wicks it away from the skin and locks it in. The high-quality outer fabric completely replaces the overpants.

Don't believe it? Check out our pee test on YouTube —we pour on it until it's enough.

• Laundry schedule: every 2 days
• 60 °C mixed colors – do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean
• Gentle drying —air-dry or use the gentle cycle

The perfect accompaniment: our Kaaka® Sensitive Laundry Wipes (dermatologically gentle, plastic-free) and the sheep's wool dryer balls, which shorten drying time.

Kaaka® diaper liners (100% natural plant fibers, compostable) make everyday life even easier: They catch the bulk of the mess—just remove the liner, dispose of it, and wash the diaper as usual.

The sample set comes with matching inserts. For when you're on the go, we also recommend the waterproof diaper bag.

A baby needs up to 3,000 disposable diapers per year —over the course of the entire diapering period, that adds up to 2,000 to 4,000 francs per child, and every rappen ends up in the trash. With Kaaka®, you make a one-time investment and start seeing a return after just a few months— savings of over 1,500 francs are realistic.

And after that? With your second child, you can keep using the same diapers for practically free —or you can sell your well-maintained set and get some of your money back.
